Each country's economy has its own difficulties, and we should cooperate to build an open world economic system, adhere to innovation driven development, seize important opportunities such as digital economy, artificial intelligence, and low-carbon technology, create new sources of economic growth, and support the cross-border flow of knowledge, technology, and talent. Engaging in 'small courtyards with high walls' and' decoupling and breaking links' is neither beneficial nor beneficial to others.
