The Information Support Force is a strategic force newly established in the restructuring and reform of the military structure. In April of this year, Xi Jinping personally awarded the military flag to the Information Support Force and delivered a training speech.

The information support force is first and foremost a combat team, which should stand at the height of a strong military winning the war, fully recognize the extreme importance of network information system construction, recognize the historical responsibility it bears, and accelerate the construction of network information system and service support to enhance its ability to prepare for war.
Xi Jinping emphasized the need to adhere to emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts, keeping pace with the times, strengthening overall planning, innovating development models, actively exploring and practicing, and solidly doing a good job in the construction of the network information system. We should focus on being able to fight and win battles, optimize information service guarantee methods, steadily promote the construction of network information public service platforms, integrate and utilize various types of data information, attach great importance to network information security protection, accelerate integration into the system, drive the system, and empower the system, and lead the innovation of command modes and the transformation of combat methods.
