The Chinese side is willing to work with Cambodia to constantly enrich the "diamond six sided" cooperation framework, formulate the "industrial development corridor" and "fish and rice corridor" cooperation plans, promote the implementation of key cooperation projects, and help jointly build the "the Belt and Road" initiative and Cambodia's "five corner strategy" high-quality docking.
Xi Jinping pointed out that currently, the international situation is turbulent and intertwined, and global challenges are constantly emerging, testing the response and choices of all countries. Both China and Cambodia are committed to being a force for peace, development, and progress in the world. China will continue to support Cambodia in playing a greater role in international and regional affairs, strengthening the power of the "Global South", supporting ASEAN in adhering to strategic autonomy and maintaining its central position, firmly opposing external forces from introducing Cold War thinking into the region, and steadfastly promoting ASEAN integration and community building. The Chinese side is willing to work with the Cambodian side to remain steadfast in their determination and determination, enhance bottom line thinking, strengthen cooperation and cooperation, and jointly address various risks.
Hun Sen stated that the friendship between Cambodia and China was jointly established by the older generation of leaders from both sides, and has withstood the test of history and time. The community of shared future between Cambodia and China is in line with the common interests of both sides.
