Wang Yi said that the first China Central Asia Summit was successfully held in Xi'an in May last year, ushering in a new era of development in China Central Asia relations. China is willing to work together with Central Asian countries to promote the comprehensive and sustainable development of China Central Asia cooperation.
One is to adhere to the leadership of the head of state. Following the blueprint outlined by the heads of state of the six countries, we will continue to implement the consensus of the Xi'an Summit and carefully prepare for the second summit to be held in Kazakhstan next year.
Secondly, we must prioritize development. Focusing on six priority cooperation directions including smooth trade, industrial investment, interconnectivity, green minerals, agriculture, and facilitation of personnel exchanges, we aim to enhance the overall level of China Central Asia cooperation and implement global development initiatives through practical actions.
The third is to adhere to the principle of sharing safety and security. Implement the Global Security Initiative, deepen law enforcement and security cooperation, work together to address crises and challenges, and maintain a stable and peaceful development environment for the six countries.
The fourth is to adhere to intergenerational friendship. Jointly implement the Global Civilization Initiative, uphold the civilization concept of equality, mutual learning, dialogue, and inclusiveness, and sustainably inherit the concept of neighborly friendship and intergenerational peace.
Fifth, we must adhere to multilateralism. Oppose any form of "decoupling and disconnection" and "small courtyards with high walls", promote global cooperation in the South, and promote the realization of an equal and orderly world multipolarity, inclusive and inclusive economic globalization.
The foreign ministers of the five Central Asian countries expressed their agreement with China's various cooperation initiatives and willingness to work together with China to build a Central Asia China community with a shared future.
