Since 2023, General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important statements regarding the development of new productive forces. The Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party reviewed and approved the "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Furtherprehensively Deepening Reform and Promoting Chinese-Style Modernization" (hereinafter referred to as the "Decision"), which requires "improving the and mechanism for developing new productive forces in a way that suits local conditions". To implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and the spirit of the Third Plenary of the 20th Central Committee of the Party, in the process of further comprehensively deepening reform and promoting Chinese-style modernization, accelerating the cultivation new productive forces and promoting high-quality development, it is necessary to deepen the study of how to develop new productive forces from multiple perspectives.
