Han Zheng stated that President Xi Jinping pointed out that maintaining the resilience and stability of global industrial and supply chains is an important guarantee for promoting world economic development. For a long time, China has been both a participant and beneficiary of global industrial and supply chain cooperation, as well as a steadfast defender and builder, making positive contributions to the development of the world economy. China continues to improve its industrial system, providing strong support for the operation of global industrial and supply chains; Adhere to open cooperation and inject continuous power into the operation of global industrial and supply chains; Based on the super large scale market, we aim to explore vast opportunities for the operation of global industrial and supply chains. China is willing to work with other countries to promote the construction of an open world economic system and maintain stable and smooth global industrial and supply chains.
Han Zheng proposed three initiatives. One is to deepen division of labor and cooperation, and promote mutual benefit and win-win cooperation in the global industrial and supply chains. China will adhere to the correct direction of economic globalization, promote industrial and production capacity cooperation with other countries, and better achieve mutual promotion of industries, sharing of benefits, and win-win development. The second is to highlight innovation leadership and promote the optimization and upgrading of global industrial and supply chains. China will deepen the implementation of the innovation driven development strategy, accelerate the development of new quality productive forces, and create greater cooperation space for promoting the deep integration of industrial and supply chains. The third is to achieve sustainable development and promote the green transformation of global industrial and supply chains. China is willing to expand cooperation with other countries in green industries, clean energy, and other fields to support global green development.
Subsequently, Han Zheng announced the opening of the second China International Supply Chain Promotion Expo.
This year's Chain Expo continues the theme of "Connecting the World, Creating the Future Together", with about 1100 representatives from Chinese and foreign government departments, participating enterprises, business associations, and some Chinese diplomats attending the opening ceremony.
After the opening ceremony, Han Zheng inspected the exhibition hall of the Chain Expo, visited exhibition areas such as digital technology, clean energy, and advanced manufacturing, and interacted and exchanged ideas with relevant enterprise leaders.
