Specific measures include supporting the expansion of the import scale of bulk resource commodities through the Western Land Sea New Channel, optimizing the multimodal transport customs supervision mode through the construction of smart customs, and supporting the construction of digital land sea new channels. The second is to support the construction of open platforms along the route. Including exploring the classification supervision of domestic and foreign trade goods within the bonded logistics centers (Type B) along the route, supporting the comprehensive bonded zones along the route to undertake the industrial gradient transfer from the eastern region, and implementing the policy combination of "channel+platform" to achieve the coordinated development of "economy and trade+industry". The third is to promote the upgrading and upgrading of industries along the route. Focusing on supporting the cultivation of new foreign trade drivers in areas along the channel, assisting in the expansion of import and export of characteristic high-quality agricultural and food products, piloting the "inspection before packing" regulatory model, supporting localities to carry out new barter trade in an orderly and standardized manner according to local conditions, and steadily promoting the inspection and access process of high-quality agricultural products in ASEAN. The fourth is to help reduce logistics costs along the route. Continuously deepen the application of freight deduction policies for the domestic section of the Western Land Sea New Corridor, actively cooperate with relevant departments, and promote the expansion of the scope of tax refund policies for land departure ports; In response to market demand, we will carry out the reform of convenient customs clearance for the import of goods with the same origin as medicine and food. For the western region, the Western Land Sea New Corridor is not only a logistics channel, but also an industrial channel.
