On November 20th, Chinese doctors conducted oral health examinations for children at the Frans Art Training Center near the Namibian capital Windhoek. On November 20th, which is World Children's Day, four members of the 16th batch of Chinese medical aid teams arrived at the Frans Art Training Center, located more than 20 kilometers away from the capital Windhoek, early in the morning to conduct physical and oral health examinations for 45 children living in impoverished areas.
