The on-site promotion meeting for learning and applying the experience of the "Ten Million Project" (western region) will be held in Mianyang, Sichuan from the 19th to the 20th.   He emphasized the need to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on the work of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, base on reality, adapt to local conditions, hold the bottom line, reform and innovate, and continuously make substantial progress in promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.

Liu Guozhong emphasized that learning and applying the experience of the "Ten Million Project" to promote comprehensive rural revitalization focuses on determining phased work goals and tasks based on reality, refining the rural revitalization strategy layer by layer into specific tasks, and ensuring that farmers and the masses can feel and benefit from it. To stimulate the endogenous motivation of farmers, listen to the voices of the masses, clarify the development path according to local conditions, truthfully determine the focus of work, find the right work incision, prioritize, continue to work hard, and solidly promote.

Liu Guozhong emphasized that we must not relax in consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation, do a good job in industrial employment assistance, and provide follow-up support for relocation, firmly guarding against the bottom line of large-scale poverty relapse. We must practice the concept of big agriculture and big food, tap into potential, increase production capacity, and strengthen the stable production and supply of grain and important agricultural products. To highlight the characteristics, identify advantages, promote the healthy development of rural industries by classification, and promote the integration of agriculture with rural areas to enrich farmers. We should promote rural construction by classification, strengthen rural governance, act within our capabilities, do our best, and create livable, business friendly, and beautiful rural areas with unique characteristics.
