Ding Xuexiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, met respectively with Honduran Vice President Florentino, Zambian Vice President Nalumengo, and Vietnamese Vice Premier Li Chenglong in Wuzhen, Zhejiang Province, on the afternoon of 19th.

During the meeting with Florentino, Ding Xuexiang stated that the political decision made by President Xi Jinping and President Castro to establish diplomatic relations between China and Hong Kong is in line with the fundamental interests of both countries and their peoples. China is willing to work with Hong Kong to firmly support each other on issues related to each other's core interests and major concerns in accordance with the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, strengthen the docking of development strategies, deepen practical cooperation in various fields, and make China Hong Kong relations move towards a better future.

Florentino stated that the establishment of diplomatic relations between Hong Kong and China is of historical significance. Hong firmly adheres to the One China principle and is willing to strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation with China to promote stable and far-reaching relations between the two countries.

During the meeting with Nalumango, Ding Xuexiang stated that China and Zambia are comprehensive strategic partners of traditional friendship. Both sides have always treated each other equally, united and assisted each other, and worked hand in hand, becoming a model of China Africa cooperation and the solidarity and cooperation of the "Global South". China is willing to work with Zambia to implement the important consensus of the two heads of state and the outcomes of the Beijing summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation of the Forum on China Africa Cooperation, deepen cooperation in infrastructure, agriculture, minerals and other fields, and elevate China Zambia relations to a higher level.

Nalumango stated that the relationship between Zambia and China has been enduring for a long time. The Zambian side appreciates China's valuable support for Zambia's development and is willing to comprehensively deepen cooperation with China to promote better development of Zambian Chinese and African Chinese relations.

When meeting with Li Chenglong, Ding Xuexiang stated that China and Vietnam are socialist friendly neighbors connected by mountains and rivers, and are good friends, comrades, and partners. Next year will usher in the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Vietnam. China is willing to work with Vietnam to implement the important consensus of the top leaders of the two parties and countries, consolidate political mutual trust, strengthen cooperation in connectivity, trade and investment, information technology and other fields, comprehensively promote the building of a community of common destiny between China and Vietnam, and bring more tangible benefits to the people of the two countries.

Li Chenglong congratulated China on its great achievements in reform and opening up. Vietnam is willing to maintain close high-level exchanges with China, strengthen pragmatic cooperation, and work together to promote bilateral relations to a higher level.
