On November 19th, the opening ceremony of the "Cooperation-2024" joint army training between China and Singapore was held at a training base in Henan. This is the 6th "cooperative" series of joint training organized by the armies of the two countries. The theme of this joint training is "Joint Anti Terrorism Operations in Urban Areas", which aims to study and train tactics for joint anti-terrorism operations in complex environments, with the aim of strengthening the joint command, coordination, and unified operational capabilities of the two armies. Both sides will form a mixed formation to jointly complete basic course training, live fire shooting, and comprehensive live fire exercises. The Chinese commander of the joint training expressed the hope to enhance practical capabilities, strengthen exchanges and mutual learning, enhance traditional friendship, and jointly play a positive role in promoting the development of bilateral relations through joint training. The new commander of the joint training stated that the new side is willing to work with the Chinese side to promote traditional friendship, enhance the quality and effectiveness of joint training, deepen military mutual trust, and continue to promote the healthy and stable development of military relations.
