On November 17th local time, on the occasion of attending the 19th G20 Leaders' Summit in Rio de Janeiro and paying a state visit to Brazil, President Xi Jinping published a signed article titled "Ten Thousand Miles of Friendship, Shared Destiny, Hand in Hand, Setting Sail at the Right Time" in the S ã o Paulo newspaper in Brazil.
Officials from various sectors in Brazil and members of the G20 stated in an interview with reporters that President Xi Jinping, in his signed article, reviewed the four "unwavering commitments" of win-win cooperation and shared destiny between China and Pakistan over the past 50 years, and put forward four expectations for a better future for both countries and the world. This has added momentum to leading China Pakistan relations into a new "golden 50 years" and building a more just and sustainable community with a shared future. The respondents generally believe that it is particularly important for President Xi Jinping to attend the G20 summit and support its success.
Friendship between the two countries transcends mountains and seas
The frequent exchanges and interactions between the two countries have made Benes deeply feel the friendship between Brazil and China that transcends time and space. He told reporters that as Brazil's largest newspaper in circulation, the newspaper will launch a special edition on China on the 18th to pay tribute to the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Brazil and China and President Xi Jinping's visit.

President Xi Jinping mentioned in his signed article that the High Level Coordination and Cooperation Committee of the two countries has been operating well for 20 years, playing an important role in coordinating and planning cooperation in various fields and seeking common development between the two sides. Brazilian Minister of Agricultural Development Paulo Teixeira said that he visited China for the first time this year to attend a high-level coordination and cooperation committee meeting between the two countries. At the beginning of the year, he also witnessed China's donation of agricultural machinery to support the development of Brazilian family agriculture. Strategic alignment is timely

Mayara Araujiro, a researcher at the Federal University of Fruminense in Brazil, said that President Xi Jinping's proposal in the signed article to "continuously promote the alignment of the Belt and Road Initiative with Brazil's development strategy" is timely. "In recent years, the Brazilian government has issued a series of national development strategic plans, such as the 'accelerated growth plan' and the 'new industrial plan'. Ricardo Felix, Director of the Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection Department of State Grid Brazil, witnessed the signing of the "Brazil Beautiful Mountain Ultra High Voltage Transmission Project Cooperation Agreement" by the two heads of state during President Xi Jinping's visit to Brazil in 2014. Experts from multiple countries pointed out that President Xi Jinping has repeatedly mentioned the "Global South" in his signed articles, supporting countries in the "Global South" to achieve greater development and calling for an increase in the representation and voice of the "Global South". I believe that as major developing countries, China and Pakistan, working hand in hand and speaking out together on the international stage, will further strengthen the power of the "Global South".
