On November 5th, it was learned from Changzhou Engineering Vocational and Technical College that the "Huazhu Store Manager Class" hotel talent enhancement plan project, which is a cooperation between the school and Huazhu Group, has been selected as a typical case list for the Ministry of Education's 2024 supply-demand docking employment and education project. Zhang Xuehua, member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Changzhou Engineering Vocational and Technical College, introduced that the "Huazhu Hotel Manager Class" hotel talent enhancement plan project is led and implemented by the School of Economics and Management of the college. The project aims to promote high-quality employment for graduates by organizing enterprises to "bring jobs" to schools and leading students to learn and exercise in advance. Through deep cooperation with industry leading enterprises, it aims to achieve integrated education. Since 2017, Changzhou Engineering Vocational and Technical College has established a school enterprise cooperation relationship with Huazhu Group to jointly promote the deep integration of industry and education and the collaborative education between schools and enterprises. At present, the two sides have jointly built "Internet plus Smart Hotel Training Center", Hotel Digital Industry College, "1+X" assessment site and other practice models, and strengthened students' practical skills with the "school enterprise double tutor system". It is reported that the school has launched seven sessions of the "Huazhu Store Manager Class" modern apprenticeship talent training program, and the year-end employment rate has reached 100% in the past three years.
