Ningxia has a distinct red cultural heritage, and red tourism is one of the characteristic tourism in Ningxia. In recent years, by deeply exploring the spiritual connotation and contemporary value of red cultural resources, promoting the construction of red tourism scenic spots, the popularity of red tourism has continued to rise. The introduction of the local standard "Red Tourism Service Specification" is of great significance in adapting to the development needs of red tourism in Ningxia, innovating the expression of red culture, empowering red tourism with new concepts, new content, and new technologies, and enhancing the attractiveness, infectiousness, and influence of red tourism.
