According to Cui Wen, in order to chase after girls and purchase emotional counseling services at a high price, she initially listened to live broadcasts with a relaxed attitude, thinking that she could provide simple free counseling. The anchor she followed did not mention the issue of fees until Cui Wen contacted the staff via private message and found out that she needed to pay 99 yuan to purchase "professional emotional teacher one-on-one detailed communication services".
