By furthering comprehensive deepening of reforms and advancing Chinese modernization, China will usher in even broader prospects for development, and offer more for open cooperation and common development to all countries. The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China adopted the Decision the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reforms and Advancing Chinese Modernization (hereinafter referred to as the), which puts forward more than 300 important reform measures, covering all aspects of advancing Chinese modernization. These measures include both the improvement and upgrading of reform measures, and new reform measures proposed according to practical needs and pilot explorations.
