China's fourth batch of reserve astronauts will carry out manned moon landing missions
2024-10-29
The fourth batch of reserve astronauts in China joined the team in August this year for training, not only to carry out space station missions, but also to carry out manned moon landing missions in the future. In response to the new characteristics of carrying out space station missions and future manned moon landing missions, the training content focuses not only on basic skills such as living, working, and health maintenance in weightlessness, but also on mastering skills such as extravehicular activities, equipment maintenance, and space science experiments. It is more oriented towards future manned moon landing missions, further cultivating astronauts' abilities from controlling spacecraft to driving lunar rovers, from celestial body identification to geological exploration, from weightless floating in space to carrying heavy loads on the moon.
