Li Shulei leads the Chinese Communist Party delegation to visit Mexico

At the invitation of Mexico's ruling party, the National Revitalization Movement, Li Shulei, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of the Propaganda Department, led a CPC delegation to visit Mexico from October 19th to 21st. They met with the Chairman of the Mexican National Revitalization Movement, Alcald, Senate President Fernandez, and Foreign Minister de la Fuente, and attended the China Mexico Civilization Exchange Symposium.
Li Shulei stated that in recent years, under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, political mutual trust between China and Mexico has continued to deepen, pragmatic cooperation has yielded fruitful results, and cooperation in multilateral occasions has been close. The CPC is willing to strengthen political dialogue and exchange of experience in governance with the National Revival Movement, so as to promote the relations between the two parties and countries to a new level.
The Mexican side stated that President Simbaum and the new Mexican government attach great importance to developing relations with China, and are willing to deepen practical cooperation in various fields and continuously enrich the connotation of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries. Both Mexico and China have a long and splendid civilization. Mexico highly appreciates and recognizes President Xi Jinping's global civilization initiative, and is willing to deepen cultural exchanges and mutual learning with China. As the ruling party, the National Revitalization Movement is willing to engage in in-depth dialogue and exchanges with the Communist Party of China to better promote the development of Mexico China relations.
