It is reported that in April of this year, relevant departments of the Logistics Support Department of the Central Military Commission optimized the precise application of equipment, adjusting it from instant application to a "2+2" application mode of "2 centralized appointment applications+2 sporadic random applications", effectively improving the convenience of equipment application for all military officers and soldiers. Spring and Autumn centralized appointment and application are arranged in April and October respectively. Officers and soldiers can place orders as needed without inventory restrictions. The system distinguishes whether there is inventory for "splitting orders" and shipping, ensuring that officers and soldiers have goods available for receipt after placing orders. This is the main application opportunity to meet the annual clothing needs, and officers and soldiers should coordinate the "existing" and "needed" for centralized appointment and application. Summer and winter sporadic random applications are arranged from June to September and December to February of the following year. This is an effective supplement to centralized appointment application, where officers and soldiers can place orders based on actual inventory, taking into account their summer and winter clothing needs. Since the implementation of the "2+2" application mode, it has effectively met the needs of officers and soldiers for the use of equipment, and the initial effectiveness of the guarantee has been demonstrated.
