On October 14-15, He Xiaorong, a member of the Party Group and Vice President of the Supreme People's Court, conducted research at the Shanxi Provincial High People's Court, Taiyuan City, and Datong City Intermediate People's Court. He also held a symposium on the relatively weak grassroots court de thinning work at the Xinrong District People's Court in Datong City, fully affirming the effectiveness of the Xinrong District Court's de thinning work and putting forward requirements for doing a good job in the next step of work. He Xiaorong said that carrying out the work of de thinning is an important task deployed by the Supreme People's Court Party Group, aiming to lay a solid foundation at the grassroots level and promote the high-quality development of the work of the people's courts. We should understand the work of de thinning from the perspective of supporting and serving Chinese path to modernization, thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, actively adapt to the new requirements of promoting Chinese path to modernization, continue to enhance judicial capacity, deepen the ruling foundation of the Party, and effectively respond to the complex domestic and international situations. We should evaluate poverty alleviation work based on the people's perception of fairness and justice, and integrate poverty alleviation work with making the people feel fairness and justice in every judicial case, working together in the same direction. We need to measure the thinning work from the improvement of the quality of the court team, further enhance the ability to effectively resolve conflicts, strengthen comprehensive quality, and forge a strong court team. To test the work of poverty alleviation from the perspective of serving local economic and social development, high-quality judicial support and serving high-quality economic and social development should be used to reflect judicial responsibility and demonstrate judicial achievements in practice. We should demand thinning work from the high-quality development of the people's courts themselves, pay attention to the integrity, comprehensiveness, and overall situation of thinning work, and strive to be the vanguard of thinning creation. During his research at Taiyuan Intermediate People's Court, He Xiaorong attended a symposium on civil and administrative trial work and listened to the opinions and suggestions of the high and intermediate courts.
