A fire broke out in a public cargo handling area located on Hoi Fai Road in Yau Ma Tei, Hong Kong at 5:06 pm on the 14th, and was upgraded to a "Level 3 fire" at 6:00 pm on the same day. After about 14 hours of firefighting, the fire was extinguished at 7:17 am on the 15th.
