The Special Administrative Region Government and the Chief Executive Election Management Committee shall organize election work efficiently in accordance with the law. Candidates for the Chief Executive shall conduct election activities in accordance with the law. All members of the Chief Executive Election Committee, various sectors of Macau society, and residents shall actively participate and exercise their democratic rights in accordance with the law. The entire election process shall be open, fair, just, legal, stable, and orderly, demonstrating a good spirit of unity, progress, and co creation for the future.
