Nowadays, short videos have deeply infiltrated the lives of minors, becoming an important tool for their learning, socializing, consumption, and entertainment due to their distorted value orientation. According to a survey by the China Youth Research Center, only 3.8% of surveyed middle school students have never used short videos, and obtaining information and enriching knowledge are the main purposes for middle school students to use short videos. But the negative phenomena of "minors addicted to short videos" and "vulgar short videos eroding the values of minors" that followed have attracted widespread attention from society.
