This revision reflects the value concept of putting the people at the center and following judicial laws, guiding people's courts at all levels to firmly establish the awareness of "like me in litigation", practice the purpose of justice for the people, and handle every case with the best quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. The main content involves four aspects: firstly, canceling some indicators that have analytical value and can be replaced by other related indicators or business guidance; Secondly, the rate of first instance judgments being revised and remanded for retrial, as well as the rate of effective judgments being revised and remanded for retrial, will be merged and adjusted into the ratio of second instance judgments being revised and remanded for retrial and the ratio of retrial judgments being revised and remanded for retrial, respectively. This will guide intermediate and higher level people's courts to fulfill their error correction functions in accordance with the law and establish a work orientation of "making corrections when necessary"; Thirdly, adjust the business scope of some indicators to ensure that the statistical results are more accurate and in line with the actual situation of case handling; Fourthly, after sufficient research and demonstration, adjust the interval reference values of some indicators to prevent one-sided pursuit of better data and increase the workload of frontline judges.
