The State Administration for Market Regulation of China recently approved and released 37 national metrological technical specifications, covering multiple fields such as railway transportation, medical health, and environmental noise monitoring. These technical specifications will promote the development and application transformation of technology in related fields. Measurement technical specifications are behavioral guidelines for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of measurement results in measurement activities, used to solve the problem of "inability to measure and inaccurate measurement" in production and life. Zhang Yiqun, a first level inspector of the Metrology Department of the State Administration for Market Regulation, introduced at a press conference on the 29th that there are a total of 2077 effective national metrology technical specifications in China. Departments and localities have formulated and released nearly 3000 departmental and local metrological technical specifications based on industry characteristics and regional economic and social development needs. Since the beginning of this year, the State Administration for Market Regulation has issued a total of 99 national metrological technical specifications in three batches. The 37 national metrology technical specifications released this time involve multiple metrology specialties such as temperature, ionizing radiation, pressure, acoustics, etc., and are aimed at multiple fields such as trade handover, life and health, industrial development, and ecological environment protection. Zhang Yiqun pointed out that the release and implementation of metrological technical specifications in these countries will further standardize the codes of conduct for metrological technology in related fields, enhance metrological capabilities and levels, and promote high-quality development. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's industrial upgrading and intelligent manufacturing, industrial robots have become a key supporting equipment for the construction of a manufacturing powerhouse. Han Yizhong, Deputy Director of the 304 Research Institute of China Aviation Industry Corporation, pointed out at the press conference that China is a major producer of industrial robots and has been the world's largest consumer of industrial robots for nine consecutive years. Industrial robots are essentially equipment based on precise measurement and execution at production testing sites. The release of relevant technical specifications will promote the optimal performance of robots, which is of great significance for stabilizing the quality of operations, and also helps to promote the industrial upgrading and optimization of the industrial robot industry.
