In order to further promote special actions and deepen problem governance, the "Announcement" clarifies that the scope of "special supply liquor" is liquor that falsely labels or promotes specific names, symbols, iconic buildings, official activities, and other information closely related to party and government organs and the military. "Special supply liquor" refers to counterfeit and inferior liquor. The Announcement emphasizes that all types of production and operation entities are strictly prohibited from engaging in illegal activities such as the production, sales, catering, advertising, promotion, and printing of "special supply liquor". Specifically, it includes: strictly prohibiting the illegal production and sale of alcoholic beverages containing similar labeling content such as "special supply", "exclusive supply", "internal supply" to party and government organs and the military. It is strictly prohibited for catering units to illegally operate alcoholic beverages containing labels such as "special supply", "exclusive supply", "internal supply" to party and government organs and the military. It is strictly prohibited to illegally design, produce, represent, or publish alcohol product advertisements containing similar content such as "special supply", "exclusive supply", "internal supply" to party and government organs and the military.
