In the process of food sampling and inspection, the market supervision department invites consumer representatives, National People's Congress representatives, CPPCC members, and media reporters to participate throughout the entire process, making supervision visible and enabling the people to perceive and participate in food safety work. Consumers have transformed into personal participants, witnesses, and supervisors of food safety. Practice has shown that the reform and innovation of "you point, I inspect" in food safety is an important lever for improving the food safety responsibility system.
