Cai Qi, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and secretary of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, met respectively at Diaoyutai State Guesthouse on the 2nd with President Gelai of Djibouti and President Ram Karawang of Seychelles who were in China to attend the Beijing summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation of the Forum on China Africa Cooperation.
During the meeting with Guelleh, Cai Qi stated that since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Kyrgyzstan 45 years ago, they have always treated each other equally, respected each other, and supported each other, which can be regarded as a model of solidarity and cooperation among South South countries. Gelai said that the Kyrgyz side admires the remarkable achievements of the Chinese people led by the CPC, sincerely thanks the Chinese side for providing assistance to Kyrgyz economic and social development, and is willing to focus on the new orientation of Kyrgyz China relations, further expand bilateral practical cooperation in various fields, and better benefit the two peoples.
When meeting with Rahm Karawang, Cai Qi said that China Serbia friendship has experienced the baptism of time, and has become more and more vigorous. This is the spiritual wealth that the two peoples must cherish and inherit. President Xi Jinping held a fruitful meeting with the President and jointly announced the upgrade of China Serbia relations to a strategic partnership, which will guide the all-round development of bilateral relations.
