Zhang Youxia said that China and the United States need to implement the consensus reached by the two heads of state and promote the realization of the "San Francisco Vision". Maintaining stability in the field of military security between China and the United States is in line with the common interests of both sides and is also a common expectation of the international community. The United States should correct its strategic understanding of China, truly respect China's core interests, work together with China to promote communication and exchanges between the two militaries, and jointly assume the responsibility of a great power.
