The Internet of Things is an infrastructure that uses perception technology and network communication technology as the main means to achieve ubiquitous connections between people, machines, and things, providing services such as information perception, transmission, and processing. It plays an important role in promoting new industrialization, accelerating the construction of a manufacturing and networking power, and other aspects. The IoT technology system mainly includes perception technology, network and communication technology, data processing technology, etc. The "Guidelines" mention that after years of rapid development, China's Internet of Things industry has formed a huge market scale, and has achieved positive results in technological innovation breakthroughs, industry integration applications, and industrial ecology cultivation. With the continuous evolution of emerging technologies and the integration of industry applications, it is urgent to improve the IoT standard system and promote the construction of an IoT industry system with international competitiveness. According to the Guidelines, the IoT standard system includes four parts: basic standards, technical standards, construction and operation standards, and application standards. Among them, basic standards include terminology and classification, architecture, identification, evaluation, security and trustworthiness, management, and other standards; Technical standards include perception technology, network and communication technology, data processing technology, fusion technology, radio frequency and electromagnetic compatibility technology, edge computing technology, Internet of Things operating system, digital twin technology and other standards; The construction and operation standards include planning and design, deployment and implementation, operation and maintenance standards, etc; Application standards are combined with the development characteristics of industries such as agriculture, industry, and services to propose IoT application guidelines for various industries. In terms of organizational implementation, the Guidelines propose to fully leverage the role of standardization technology organizations, industry technology alliances, and other platforms, strengthen cross industry and cross domain multi standard committee technical cooperation, and jointly build an advanced and applicable IoT standard system; Establish a linkage mechanism between IoT technology projects and standardization work, strengthen the research on core technical indicators of standards in technology projects, and timely integrate advanced and applicable technological innovation achievements into standards; Establish an evaluation system for the implementation effect of IoT standards, revise and improve relevant standards in a timely manner based on the evaluation results, and ensure the applicability of the standards; Accelerate the transformation of international standards for the Internet of Things and improve the consistency of key indicators between domestic and international standards.
