Li Qiang stated that in the 32 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Belarus, no matter how the international situation changes, the relationship between the two countries has always shown strong vitality and energy. Both sides adhere to mutual benefit and common development, and pragmatic cooperation has yielded fruitful results, bringing tangible benefits to the two peoples. In July of this year, the two heads of state held a meeting in Astana and made strategic arrangements to deepen bilateral relations. China is willing to work with Belarus to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, continue to consolidate political mutual trust, constantly deepen mutually beneficial cooperation, and promote the high-level development of China Belarus all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership to better benefit the two peoples.
Li Qiang pointed out that China will continue to firmly support Belarus in pursuing a development path that is in line with its national conditions. China is willing to strengthen the coordination of development strategies with Belarus, solidly promote cooperation in various fields, steadily expand trade scale, implement projects such as the China Belarus Industrial Park, and continue to deepen cultural exchanges. China is willing to further strengthen multilateral cooperation with Belarus, jointly promote the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence, advocate for an equal and orderly world multipolarity and inclusive economic globalization, promote the development of the global governance system towards a more just and reasonable direction, and safeguard the common interests of developing countries.
Lukashenko stated that the current development momentum of Belarus China relations is strong and at the highest level in history. The two countries have always firmly supported each other on major issues involving each other's core interests.
On the morning of that day, Li Qiang laid a wreath at the Victory Monument in Belarus.
