Due to the lack of reference and technical limitations, the simulation degree of this type of helicopter simulation cabin is not high, which is not conducive to rescue training. In response to this pain point, Shenzhou Liuhe has started developing helicopter simulation cabins with higher simulation accuracy. Due to considerations of external dimensions, functional applications, and development cycle, the company's R&D team used the AC313A large multi-purpose civilian helicopter as a design reference. This type of aircraft not only has a wide body structure, but also meets the requirements for use in complex climate environments such as high altitude, sea, high temperature, and high cold. The R&D team has removed the tail and engine compartment of the original AC313A based on the characteristics of the required medium-sized suspension simulation cabin, retaining the cockpit and passenger compartment. The cockpit door, sliding door, rear end of the cabin, and landing wheels have been adaptively modified, and the overall appearance is basically the same as that of the AC313A. In the end, the simulation cabin received full recognition from users due to its well-designed and highly realistic design. Moreover, the entire design process from production to delivery only took 4 months.
