As a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Helicopter Design and Research Institute, Shenzhou Liuhe undertakes the responsibility of enterprise development platform and achievement transformation platform. From participating in the research and development and manufacturing of M40 electric multi rotor unmanned aerial vehicles, to showcasing the eye-catching AR300 all electric drive six rotor aircraft at the Tianjin International Helicopter Expo in 2023, to participating in the development of AE20 electric drive multi rotor vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, Shenzhou Liuhe's products have broad application prospects in low altitude economic fields such as surveying and emergency rescue. Once, the Central China Regional Emergency Rescue Center needed to build a medium-sized helicopter suspension simulation cabin to conduct rescue training. Due to the lack of reference and technical limitations, the simulation degree of this type of helicopter simulation cabin is not high, which is not conducive to rescue training. In response to this pain point, Shenzhou Liuhe has started developing helicopter simulation cabins with higher simulation accuracy. Due to considerations of external dimensions, functional applications, and development cycle, the company's R&D team used the AC313A large multi-purpose civilian helicopter as a design reference. This type of aircraft not only has a wide body structure, but also meets the requirements for use in complex climate environments such as high altitude, sea, high temperature, and high cold. The R&D team has removed the tail and engine compartment of the original AC313A based on the characteristics of the required medium-sized suspension simulation cabin, retaining the cockpit and passenger compartment. The cockpit door, sliding door, rear end of the cabin, and landing wheels have been adaptively modified, and the overall appearance is basically the same as that of the AC313A. In the end, the simulation cabin received full recognition from users due to its well-designed and highly realistic design. Moreover, the entire design process from production to delivery only took 4 months. Shenzhou Liuhe not only has strong R&D and production capabilities, but also has successfully built an industrial innovation platform. We have established a universal drone platform that can provide customized scenario solutions for customers by carrying different applications, meeting their different needs. Wu Yun said that the first phase of the company's plan has been fully put into operation, with a production value of about 470 million yuan in 2023. It is expected that after full production by the end of the 14th Five Year Plan period, the annual output value will reach more than 1 billion yuan. The flexible production line can learn independently and quickly adjust production parameters and process flow according to market demand and product changes, achieving a highly adaptive production mode, "said Wu Yun. The company has introduced a flexible intelligent production line, and the staff can achieve 24-hour automatic production with a small number of personnel supervision as long as they implement feeding and program writing, which will greatly improve production efficiency and product quality stability.
