If the tickets are sold out, the backup function can be used. The railway department will allocate transportation resources reasonably based on students' ticket purchasing needs, scientifically optimize train operation plans, and maximize the protection of student passengers' travel. From August 20th to September 23rd, for users registered as students on 12306, if they enter the destination station and boarding date after logging in and the query results do not show the required train number or recommended transfer plan, the "Student Travel Demand Collection" entrance will be displayed on the "Transfer" page.
