Hebei will leverage the role of universities as the main channel. Vigorously develop vocational education in elderly care services, and add majors related to elderly care services in 10 vocational colleges and technical schools. Encourage elderly care service institutions to establish a mechanism for attracting and connecting elderly care service talents with universities in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region. Encourage cross industry talent introduction. Support the cooperation between elderly care service institutions and domestic service institutions, and guide talents to transform and engage in elderly care related work. Support elderly care service institutions to introduce medical personnel in accordance with relevant regulations. Encourage retired doctors and nurses to practice or provide technical guidance and skills training in medical institutions established within elderly care service institutions. Fill in the gaps in rural areas. In response to the shortage of elderly care service talents in rural areas, we will increase policy support and guide more capable and willing surplus labor, left behind women, and young elderly people to provide elderly care services.
