Nowadays, Northeast China has developed the first domestically produced aircraft carrier, transonic wind tunnel main compressor, and "Fuxing" high-speed train, enhancing strategic support and bottom support capabilities through technological innovation, which is the new mission of the industrial "eldest son" of the Republic. Concentrate advantageous resources to solve the bottleneck problem of key core technologies, increase research efforts in basic common technologies and cutting-edge leading technologies, and actively build a strategic synergy covering government departments, enterprises, institutions, and universities in Northeast China. Harbin Electric Power Group has formed 7 innovation consortia with 43 units including Tsinghua University, Harbin Institute of Technology, and China First Heavy Industry Corporation.
