The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee drew a panorama of further deepening reform in an all-round way, Chinese path to modernization provided a broad stage, and the entrepreneurship of experts and talents ushered in the best period.  

Inviting expert and talent representatives to Beidaihe for summer vacation in the name of the Party Central Committee and the State Council is an important institutional arrangement for the Party and the country's talent work. The theme of this year's vacation is "Patriotic Struggle", and the experts participating in the vacation activities mainly come from the fields of natural sciences, engineering technology, philosophy and social sciences, culture and art.

Li Ganjie, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Minister of the Central Organization Department, Chen Yiqin, State Councilor, and Jiang Xinzhi, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, participated in the visit activity.
