The Xinjiang International Medical Center (Xinjiang International Hospital) started construction in Urumqi on the 6th. As the first international and intelligent new medical institution in Xinjiang, Xinjiang International Medical Center (Xinjiang International Hospital) follows international standardization requirements and focuses on the layout of disciplines such as oncology, internal surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, and geriatric diseases. Han Demin, academician of the CAE Member and president of the China Association for the Promotion of International Exchange in Health Care, said that the Xinjiang International Medical Center (Xinjiang International Hospital) will undertake foreign-related medical services, high-level physical examination and health management services, which is of great significance in promoting the construction of the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt, China (Xinjiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone, and building a "health community" between China and Central Asia. In recent years, Xinjiang has actively carried out international diagnosis and treatment services, cross-border remote medical services, and promoted the exchange of traditional Chinese medicine with foreign countries.
