In the smelting process, Zhongtie Shanqiao took the lead in applying a partial bottom arc furnace, which not only reduces energy consumption but also increases output and reduces emissions. The production line of pure steel frog covers advanced equipment such as railway frog automatic shaping production line, fast and accurate solid solution treatment, etc. It adopts high-end sensors, control system integration, 5G industrial network and other intelligent manufacturing technologies to achieve centralized control, intelligent scheduling and remote monitoring of the entire casting and heat treatment process.
