Since July 25th, there has been continuous heavy rainfall in eastern Guangdong, causing multiple streets in Chaozhou city to be flooded and some residents to be trapped. After the disaster occurred, officers and soldiers from a certain unit of the Guangdong Armed Police Force were immediately mobilized to evacuate the trapped people. Since the 26th, heavy rainfall has occurred in southern and eastern Hunan. Affected by it, some rural roads in Zixing City were blocked, people were trapped, and communication was temporarily interrupted. After receiving the rescue order, officers and soldiers from a certain detachment of the Second Mobile Brigade of the People's Armed Police quickly responded and carried out search and rescue through methods such as walking and drone reconnaissance, quickly clearing the collapsed road. As of the evening of the 28th, 85 people have been relocated and over 5000 cubic meters of debris have been cleared. In recent days, many areas in Hengyang City have been flooded due to continuous rainfall, and the water levels in many river sections have exceeded the warning line. At around 8:00 on the 28th, a landslide was triggered by flash floods, and a house in Yuelin Village, Shouyue Township, Nanyue District was washed down, causing casualties. Hengyang Security District urgently dispatched officers, soldiers, and militia to search and rescue, evacuate people, and repair roads. Officers and soldiers from a certain detachment of the Hunan Armed Police Force rushed to the scene with rescue equipment, fully engaged in tasks such as search and rescue, and reinforcing dams. As of the evening of the 28th, more than 130 people have been transferred to the task forces in Leiyang City and Hengnan County, and the task forces in Hengdong County have blocked multiple pipelines.
