The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC ended successfully after the successful completion of various agendas. This plenary session is a very important meeting held by the CPC to unswervingly hold high the banner of reform and opening up and closely focus on promoting Chinese path to modernization and further comprehensively deepening reform in the new era and new journey.

Studying and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is a major political task for the entire Party and the country in the current and future periods.

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has drawn a grand blueprint for building a socialist modern country in an all-round way, and established the central task of comprehensively promoting the construction of a powerful country and the rejuvenation of the nation with Chinese path to modernization. Promoting Chinese path to modernization is an unprecedented cause, and there are still many unknown fields, which need us to explore boldly in practice and promote the cause development through reform and opening up. The current and future period is a critical period for comprehensively promoting the building of a strong country and national rejuvenation with Chinese path to modernization. In the face of complicated international and domestic situations, a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform, and the new expectations of the people, we must consciously put reform in a more prominent position, take the comprehensive deepening of reform as the fundamental driving force to promote Chinese path to modernization, and write a new chapter in reform and opening up on the new journey.

The Decision adopted at the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has clarified the guiding ideology, themes, overall goals, major principles, and fundamental guarantees for further comprehensive deepening of reform, put forward more than 300 important reform measures, and made systematic arrangements for further comprehensive deepening of reform.  

The leadership of the Party is the fundamental guarantee for further comprehensively deepening reform and promoting Chinese path to modernization. It takes a good blacksmith to make good steel. On the new journey, we must maintain a high degree of consciousness of leading the social revolution with the Party's self revolution, adhere to the spirit of reform and strict standards in governing the Party, improve the Party's self revolution system and norms, continuously promote the Party's self purification, self-improvement, self-renewal, and self-improvement, in order to ensure that the Party always becomes the strong leadership core of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. We should adhere to the centralized and unified leadership of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to further deepen reform in an all-round way, put the leadership of the Party through the whole process of reform in all aspects, deepen the reform of the Party building system, deepen the building of a clean and honest government and the fight against corruption, grasp the implementation of reform in the spirit of nails, and transform the strategic deployment of further deepening reform into a powerful force to promote Chinese path to modernization.
