Zhao Leji pointed out that China is willing to work with the Central American Parliament to plan the direction of cooperation and lay a solid foundation for the stable and far-reaching development of bilateral relations. To continuously strengthen political mutual trust, China highly appreciates the Central American Parliament's adherence to the One China principle and will continue to firmly support its efforts in strengthening dialogue among member states, promoting common development, upholding multilateralism, and promoting regional integration. We need to strengthen multi-level and multi-channel exchanges, promote friendly exchanges and cooperation, strengthen policy communication and experience exchange in areas such as high-quality development, poverty reduction and alleviation, and ecological environmental protection, and carry out cooperation in political parties, humanities, and local areas to jointly promote the development of China's relations with countries in the region. Garcia and delegation members stated that the establishment of friendly relations between the Central American Parliament and the National People's Congress of China in August last year was the will of the people and has historical significance. Strengthening solidarity and cooperation between Central American countries and China is conducive to seizing opportunities and achieving development and prosperity. The Central American Parliament adheres to the One China principle, supports China in achieving national unity, is willing to learn from China's development experience and long-standing culture, deepen exchanges with the National People's Congress of China, assist regional countries and China in cooperation in politics, economy, culture, education, renewable energy and other fields, promote South South cooperation, and jointly promote world multipolarity and democratization of international relations.
