Standing Committee member Ma Jiantang proposed in his speech to adhere to and improve the basic economic system of public ownership as the mainstay and the common development of various forms of ownership economy. Standing Committee member Liu Jiaqiang, on behalf of the Central Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, proposed to deepen the reform of the judicial system and promote the construction of a rule of law China. Huo Jinhua, a member of the Standing Committee representing the Central Committee of the Democratic League, made a speech proposing to deepen rural reform and development and assist in rural revitalization. Standing Committee member Sun Dongsheng, on behalf of the Central Committee of the China Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of China, proposed to steadily expand institutional opening up and further enhance the level of opening up to the outside world. Zhang Yudong, a member of the Standing Committee of the Democratic Progressive Party and representative of the Central Committee, proposed to promote the integrated reform of the education, science and technology talent system and mechanism, and to stimulate the vitality of social innovation and creation. Wang Lu, a member of the Standing Committee representing the Central Committee of the Agricultural and Labor Party, proposed to improve the system and mechanism for developing new quality productive forces according to local conditions, and optimize the layout of new quality productive forces. Standing Committee member Gao Xiumei, representing the Central Committee of the Zhigong Party, proposed in her speech to promote the reform of public hospitals with the aim of enhancing people's well-being as the starting point and foothold. Liu Xiaomei, a member of the Standing Committee representing the Central Committee of the Jiusan Society, made a speech proposing to deepen the reform of the mechanism for transforming scientific and technological achievements, enhance the enthusiasm of researchers, and increase the value of scientific research achievements transformation. Jiang Liping, a member of the Standing Committee of the Taiwan Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of China, spoke on behalf of the Central Committee of the Taiwan Solidarity Union and proposed to integrate the requirements of high-quality development throughout the entire process of cross-strait integration and development. In his speech on behalf of the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Nan Cunhui, the Standing Committee member, suggested that private enterprises should strengthen their confidence and contribute to promoting Chinese path to modernization. Lin Yifu, a member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China, spoke on behalf of the non partisan community and proposed to build a high-level socialist market economy system and promote better integration of effective markets and proactive governments. Lin Jianyue, a member of the Standing Committee, suggested in his speech to fully leverage the advantages of Hong Kong's productive service industry and assist the country in achieving a higher level of openness. Standing Committee member Cui Shichang proposed in his speech to fully leverage Macao's advantages and stimulate the development efficiency of the Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone. Yang Jie, a member of the Standing Committee, suggested to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises and cultivate world-class enterprises. Standing Committee member Huang Runqiu proposed in his speech to deepen reforms in the field of ecological environment and promote the establishment of a sound green, low-carbon, and circular development economic system.
