Recently, the reporter learned from the Qinghai Provincial Health Commission that in recent years, Qinghai Province has focused on building a high-quality and efficient county-level medical and health service system around the overall idea of "strong county-level, active township level, and stable village level". Efforts have been made to optimize the operation mechanism, expand the talent team, strengthen service capabilities, and improve the guarantee of benefits. The construction of the county-level medical and health system has made significant progress, and the closely knit county-level medical community has achieved provincial coverage. Since 2019, Qinghai Province has focused on meeting the medical and health service needs of residents in agricultural and pastoral areas, established close county-level medical communities, implemented the "Quality Service Grassroots Tour" activity and community hospital construction, continuously improved the infrastructure of grassroots medical and health institutions, upgraded medical equipment, and significantly increased public satisfaction with medical treatment. As of now, there are a total of 70 county-level public hospitals and 405 township health centers in the province, forming 42 closely knit county-level medical communities, covering 57 county-level hospitals, 343 grassroots medical institutions, and 45 professional public health institutions, achieving full coverage. The level of medical and health services in counties throughout the province has significantly improved, and basic public health services are more evenly accessible. The signing service for family doctors has been further promoted, with a coverage rate of 76.29% for permanent residents in the province. Next, Qinghai will place the construction of its county-level medical and health system in an important position to promote the comprehensive revitalization of healthy Qinghai and rural areas, closely focusing on the construction of a close knit medical community in the county, and continuously improving the comprehensive capacity of county-level medical and health services.
