The second creation plan focuses on collecting image topics that vividly reflect the colorful appearance of China since the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, especially in the new era. These topics will tell vivid stories about China's economic development, cultural heritage, technological innovation, people's lives, ecological environment, and other fields in a three-dimensional way. 2、 The types of solicitation are to effectively expand the scope of project solicitation and activate high-quality existing resources. The types of solicitation projects are divided into proposal creation and film adaptation. （1） For projects with mature proposals or in the stage of creative filming, priority will be given to funding and guiding the creation. The declared projects include short videos (with a single episode duration of less than 5 minutes, including documentary, creative, micro short dramas, etc.), documentary short films (10-15 minutes, 25 minutes), and documentary long films (50 minutes or more). （2） For projects that have been completed and have the potential for international dissemination in the form of film adaptations, funding will be given based on job requirements to select the best candidates for corresponding adaptations. The type of work to be submitted is based on the proposal creation category, with no time limit. 3、 The scope of solicitation is open to both domestic and foreign institutions and individuals (individuals should have the conditions to complete project creation), and there is no limit to the number of projects that the project applicant can apply for. 4、 Solicitation Procedure (1) The information will be collected through the website of the Second Creation Plan（ https://ipplan.ccicd.org.cn ）, IP PLAN official account, solicitation partners, media platform, etc. （2） Within the prescribed application acceptance period, the project applicant shall fill out the "Second Sino Foreign Joint Creation Plan Project Application Form" and upload the application materials through the creation plan website as required.
