The current president of Rwanda leads the vote in the presidential election

On July 15th, a voter collected their ballot at a polling station in Kigali, Rwanda. According to the partial vote counting results of the presidential election released by the National Electoral Commission of Rwanda on the evening of July 15th, out of the 79% of votes already counted, incumbent President Kagame leads with 99.15% of the vote.
