Li Qiang stated that China and Guinea Bissau are trustworthy good brothers and partners. China has always attached great importance to developing friendly and cooperative relations with Guinea Bissau. In recent years, under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, the traditional friendship between the two sides has continued to flourish, and bilateral relations have developed steadily and smoothly, achieving fruitful cooperation results.   China is willing to work together with Guinea Bissau to consolidate and deepen political mutual trust, continuously expand mutually beneficial cooperation, better achieve common development, and benefit the people of both countries in accordance with the guidance of the two heads of state.
Li Qiang pointed out that China supports the people of Guinea Bissau in independently exploring a development path that is in line with their national conditions, and supports Guinea Bissau in safeguarding its sovereignty, security, and development interests. China is willing to strengthen the alignment of development strategies with Guinea Bissau, share more development experience, pragmatically and efficiently promote cooperation, and help Guinea Bissau continuously enhance its endogenous development momentum. The two sides should make good use of important platforms such as the "the Belt and Road", the Forum on China Africa Cooperation, and the China Portugal Forum to deepen cooperation in agriculture, fisheries, infrastructure construction, and other fields, and explore broader cooperation. China is willing to import more high-quality agricultural products from Guinea Bissau, encourage Chinese enterprises to expand their investment in Guinea Bissau, and hopes that Guinea Bissau will continue to provide convenience and support. China is willing to strengthen cultural exchanges and cooperation with Guinea Bissau in areas such as healthcare and education, and welcomes more outstanding students from Guinea Bissau to study and further their education in China.
Enballo stated that Guinea Bissau and China are sincere friends who respect each other and share weal and woe, and the relationship between the two countries has a special and solid foundation. The relationship with China is crucial for Guinea Bissau. Guinea Bissau sincerely thanks China for its valuable support to Guinea Bissau's economic and social development over the long term, and is willing to further strengthen practical cooperation with China in various fields such as economy, trade, and infrastructure construction, and continue to move forward side by side on the path of common development.
