On July 10, the second seminar on the deep integration of procuratorial work in the new era into the high-quality co construction of the "the Belt and Road" was held in Xi'an, Shaanxi. Ge Xiaoyan, member of the Party Group and Deputy Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, Liu Qiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee, and Lu Jianjun, Secretary of the Party Committee of Xi'an Jiaotong University, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Presided over by Wang Xuguang, the Chief Prosecutor of the Shaanxi Provincial Procuratorate. Ge Xiaoyan stressed that since the establishment of the highest level procuratorial research base of the "the Belt and Road" in Shaanxi, it has focused on the functional orientation of "inspection, learning, research, cooperation and service", and has striven to build a high-end think tank for the innovative development of procuratorial organs, an important platform to serve and guarantee national strategies, and an era sample of the upgrading of procuratorial cooperation, providing high-quality and efficient legal guarantee for the high-quality joint construction of the "the Belt and Road". We need to anchor our goals and tasks, focus on high-quality and efficient handling of every case, and continue to make efforts in serving the overall situation, serving the people's justice, and assuming the responsibility of the rule of law. We should adhere to the combination of theory and practice, internal and external integration, and the combination of talent cultivation and talent introduction, strengthen the research on the procuratorial theory of the "the Belt and Road", and gather new momentum to ensure high-quality services and jointly build the "the Belt and Road". Prosecutors at all levels should focus on legal supervision, be able to perform their duties according to law, and use high-quality and efficient case handling and rule of law services to promote high-quality joint construction of the "the Belt and Road". Officials from relevant departments of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, officials from the procuratorates of Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, experts and scholars from universities such as Xi'an Jiaotong University, and outstanding paper authors participated in the seminar.
