Next week, the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China will be held in Beijing, and China will further deepen reforms comprehensively, promote high-quality development, and high-level opening up to the outside world. This will provide new opportunities and inject new momentum into China Hungary cooperation. The two sides should maintain high-level exchanges, deepen political mutual trust, close strategic communication and cooperation, continue to firmly support each other, strengthen practical cooperation in various fields, jointly build the "the Belt and Road" in high quality, continue to enrich the connotation of the all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Hungary in the new era, and better benefit the people.
China Europe relations have strategic significance and global influence, and should maintain stable and healthy development to jointly address global challenges. Next year marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the European Union. Both sides should adhere to the correct positioning of partners and the mainstream tone of cooperation, continue to promote two-way opening up, strengthen international cooperation, and contribute to promoting world peace, stability, development, and prosperity. We hope that Hungary, as the rotating presidency of the European Union, will play a positive role in promoting the healthy and stable development of China Europe relations and achieving positive interaction.
In the past two months, both sides have conscientiously implemented the important achievements of this visit, strengthened friendship and mutual trust, and laid a solid foundation for the future development of Hungary China relations. Faced with the current turbulent international situation, China not only loves peace, but also has put forward a series of constructive and important initiatives, proving through its practical actions that China is an important stabilizing force in promoting world peace. The Hungarian side highly appreciates and values China's role and influence, and is willing to closely communicate and cooperate strategically with China. The Hungarian side advocates strengthening cooperation with China, opposes creating "small circles" and confrontations between factions, and is willing to take the rotating presidency of the European Union as an opportunity to actively promote the healthy development of EU China relations.
Both sides will focus on in-depth communication on the Ukrainian crisis. Orban reported on his recent visits to Ukraine and Russia.  
The current focus is to adhere to the three principles of "no overflow on the battlefield, no escalation of the war, and no escalation from all parties", and to promote the cooling of the situation as soon as possible. The international community should create conditions and provide assistance for the resumption of direct dialogue and negotiations between the two sides. Only when all major powers exert positive energy instead of negative energy, can the dawn of a ceasefire emerge in this conflict as soon as possible. China has been actively promoting peace talks in its own way, encouraging and supporting all efforts that are conducive to a peaceful resolution of the crisis. The basic principles and efforts of China and Hungary are consistent. China is willing to continue to maintain communication with Hungary and relevant parties.
