The BYD Thailand factory took only 16 months from construction to production, with an annual production capacity of approximately 150000 vehicles, including the four major vehicle manufacturing processes and component factories. At the same time, BYD has also become the world's first car company to achieve its 8th million new energy vehicle production line, and Dolphin has made its debut as a production line model in a factory in Thailand. The Minister of Industry of Thailand, Pympara Wichaikun, delivered a speech and expressed high appreciation for BYD's outstanding contributions in the field of new energy vehicles. In recent years, BYD has vigorously expanded its overseas markets. In 2023, BYD's passenger car export sales reached 243000 units, a year-on-year increase of 337%. In the first half of this year, BYD's sales of new energy passenger vehicles reached 1.607 million units, a year-on-year increase of 28.8%. Among them, overseas sales exceeded 203000 units, a year-on-year increase of 173.8%, maintaining a strong growth momentum. At present, BYD's new energy vehicles have spread to 88 countries and regions around the world, and more than 400 cities.
