The Chinese delegation stated that China actively practices true multilateralism, strives to promote the implementation of global development initiatives, and actively carries out trade assistance related work under the framework of South South cooperation. In recent years, China has always provided assistance to the least developed countries within the framework of South South cooperation, continuously lowering the threshold for related countries to import products to China, continuously helping them improve their transportation and logistics conditions, and actively enhancing their level and ability to participate in international trade. China will firmly uphold the multilateral trading system, actively safeguard the common interests of developing members, including the least developed countries, help them achieve their economic and social development goals, and promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind. The attending parties highly agree with the global development initiative and actively evaluate China's work in promoting trade assistance. Djibouti's Minister of Trade and Tourism, Diliye, stated that China's trade assistance projects have played a crucial role in the accession of the least developed countries to the World Trade Organization and their integration into the multilateral trading system, and have also driven many least developed countries to achieve economic growth. The Director General of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, Muller, stated that many of China's aid projects have effectively promoted the local production capacity of the least developed countries and promoted their sustainable development process. Fatima, Deputy Secretary General of the United Nations and High Representative for the Least Developed Countries, Landlocked Developing Countries and Small Island Developing States, thanked and praised China for its efforts and contributions in supporting South South cooperation, especially in supporting the development of the least developed countries. Raman, Director of the Development Department of the WTO Secretariat, stated that China has always been the largest export destination for the least developed countries. China's development provides impetus and inspiration for other developing countries, and China's trade assistance helps the least developed countries achieve their own development.
